Vegazva (Vega-azva) is a coined name combining the two Sanskrit words (Vega meaning speed and Ashwa meaning horse). Our Engineering & IT Staffing Solutions help connect our clients with the best industry talent, augmenting capacity, competence, &promoting seamless co-ordination & management right from the beginning to the end of the staffing life cycle.The market we serve is primarily North America, Europe, Middle East and India.

The Group broadly has two business domains -Vegazva Engineering Solutions (VES) & Vegazva Staffing Solutions (VSS).
Vegazva Engineering Solutions (VES) is bifurcated into two focus areas - Engineering Business Solutions (EBS) & Industrial & Commercial Engineering (ICE); supporting clientsin Time and Material model in addition to fixed bid projects.
Engineering Business Solutions (EBS) has Product Engineering Solutions (V-PRD), along with the new practices, namely, Engineering for Enhancing User Experience (V-EUX), Engineering as Revenue Driver (V-ERD), Engineering for Shopfloor Productivity (V-ESP) & Engineering for Cost Down (V-CDN).
Industrial & Commercial Engineering (ICE) has two distinct domains - Plant Design Solutions (PDS) and Structural Design & Detailing (SDD).
Vegazva Staffing Solutions (VSS) has two core focus areas - IT Staffing & Engineering Deployment (ED) which provide customized solutions to your staffing needs. VSS – US caters to staffing Solutions in the North American geography; VSS IT – India caters to IT staffing Solutions in the Indian Geography & VSS – ED provides Engineering Deployment services in Indian / Middle Eastern Geography.

Mr. Anil Srivastava, the founder and CEO of Vegazva Group, is an astute professional with almost three decades of experience in the global business environment.
An engineer from IIT-Kanpur and management postgraduate from Bombay University, he is also trained at Kellogg and Oxford through executive educational programs.
He has a well-rounded international experience which includes leading Sales & Marketing, managing large integrated plant operations, relocating of manufacturing from USA to India, bringing companies to India through Joint Ventures, government relationships, among others. Prior to Vegazva, he has spent almost two decades in Mineral and automotive industry.
His charismatic leadership, futuristic perspective and exemplary work ethos defines the fabric of Vegazva &has established the organization as a chosen, reliable and trusted engineering & IT solutions partner globally.
Mr. Dushyant Horra isa deep-rooted professional with over 25 years of experience in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Product Design & Development for the Automobile, Transportation and Material Handling Industries. As the head of Engineering Business Solutions, Mr. Horra works closely with the team as well as the clientsto ensure that flawless engineering is delivered always.
His impeccable project management, team handling skills and client focus has,over the years, strengthened the division and taken it to new heights. He has a rich experience in dealing with overseas clients from North America and Europe with focus on enabling Product Design & Development from an offshore facility with optimized cost, outstanding quality and on-time delivery.He has been an instrumental link in Vegazva’s Onsite-Offshore model to efficiently support our client’s requirements as per their business needs.
Mr. Dushyant Malhotra is a goal-driven, client focused professional leading VegazvaStaffing Solutions for the North American geography. He has been instrumental in building an exclusive clientele for the company in the staffing domain at a global level. He has comprehensive experience in end-to-end contract staffing and a keen understanding of the international market trends crucial to business strategy, planning and operations.
Mr Malhotra has been associated with the organization for more than a decade, leading a dynamic team of professionals who are committed to delivering flawless staffing solutions in Engineering & IT domain.
A thorough professional with an extensive multicultural & multinational experience across the Middle East & India, Mr Dhall is well-versed in all aspects of multidisciplinary Design & Build, EPC projects.
A civil engineer from the prestigious NIT Trichy, he heads the Plant Design Services Division of Vegazva Group in all the designated geographies.
With his diversified techno-commercial credentials, signature collaborative style, and singular focus on creating long-term mutually beneficial & strong relationships with Vegazva's clients, he drives the Plant Design team towards sustained and consistent growth performance.
An avid problem solver, with an out-of-the-box solutions mindset and an expert in practising constrained optimization, Mr. Shoubhik Sen leads the sales & marketing organization of Vegazva.
An engineering graduate from the distinguished Jadavpur University, Calcutta, over the years, he has led key management portfolios driving comprehensive and sustainable business objectives for global giants across industries.
With his mantra of collaboration clarity & approach to keeping it simple, he fosters confidence and trust in all external as well as internal stakeholders. He also is entrusted with & executes the significant responsibility of ensuring and representing client's interests in Vegazva's internal policy/decision-making matrices.
An experienced mature management professional with a bachelor's degree in commerce & a Master's in Finance, Mr. Singh is the Corporate Controller for Vegazva Group responsible for driving the commercial, legal and F&A objectives of the organization including the key aspects of financial strategy, budget, accounts, oversight, compliance etc.
With a comprehensive exposure of over two decades and a hands-on approach to work, he ably supports the departments & the management in keeping a firm handle on the overall health of the respective businesses, adeptly partners & liaises with external stakeholders on pertinent matters and ensures robust and ethical engagements with internal & external stakeholders in all geographies.
An accomplished project professional with distinctive leadership skills, Mr. Sanjay Kohli is the founder member of Vegazva Group and guiding force in steering the organization towards profitability, growth & wealth maximization for all stakeholders.
He has vast experience in managing Projects in the Process Industries especially Oil and gas and LNG, with a proven track record of helping Multinational Engineering companies and Oil Companies in executing Multibillion dollar projects. His key areas of focus include Project Management, Engineering Management and Operation Management.
He has been associated with many multinational Companies including Bechtel, Technip, KBR, Eni, Novatek, Chevron, Exxon Mobil and Shell under various capacities to deliver projects all over the world.
Dr. Kalika Srivastava, Member of the Board for Vegazva Companies and Member – Advisory Board of Vegazva Group is one of the founders of Vegazva.
Dr. Kalika Srivastava, a very keen and highly awarded student and internationally published academician, is aDoctor of Philosophy in Mathematics from prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. She spent first two decades of her professional life as an academician and administrator in leading Institutions of engineering and sciences in Mumbai University and North Cap University, Gurgaon, India as Professor and later as Head of Department for Applied Sciences.
For over a decade, Dr. Srivastava is actively engaged in organization building at Vegazva, guidingand supporting the Vegazva’s management team in strategy, operational excellence, talent management, policy, and governance. She is based out of our Chicago office.
An accomplished professional with tremendous leadership skills, Mr. BD Singh Kanwar is the Chairman – Advisory Board; integral to steering the organization towardsstability, sustainable growth & wealth maximization of all stakeholders.
He has vast experience in managing companies in the Indian Automotive Industry, with a proven track record of helping Multinational companies improve profitability. His key areas of focus include Strategy, HR & Organization Development, Business Growth & Development, Project Management and Operational Excellence.
His professional career started with Organo Rubbers in northern India. He has worked in different roles for Anand Automotive in India, including senior positions at Purolator India & Arvin Exhaust, that includes one-year assignment at UK. He was President & Chief Operating Officer at Spicer India, Managing Director for Dana in India & Managing Director at GKN Driveline in India.
He has bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Punjab university & MBA from OUBS Milton Keynes, UK.
Mr. Ramakrishnan Subramaniam is an established professional with a corporate experience of 25 years working with renowned global corporations. Mr. Subramaniam is on the advisory board of Vegazva Group providing insightful inputs for the continuous growth of the company.
He is a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) with over 550 hours of Executive & Business coaching experience. With multiple certifications and recognitions under his belt, Mr. Subramaniam is an expert in coaching individuals and leaders alike to inculcate leadership values. He is an alumnus of reputed Engineering and Management Schools. His efforts, intellect and vast bank of knowledge are driving Vegazva Group to new heights with focus on sustainable and continuous growth.
Mrs. Ranjana Verma, a management alumnus of the prestigious Birla Institute of Technology, has been associated with the organization for over a decade. With her expertise Mrs. Verma has made Vegazva Staffing Solutions a very strong branch within the Organization catering to leading names in the industry across the globe.Her proactive and sensitized approach, people skills, empathetic nature along with a keenbusiness foresighthas been instrumental in building dynamic high-performing teams and strengthening the organization.

A highly accomplished Projects professional with more than 4 decades of diverse experience in EPC domain, Mr Ashok Grover has successfully helmed multi-disciplinary projects for core sector industries such as Hydrocarbon, Fertilizer, Steel, Oil and Gas, Thermal/ Nuclear Power besides the Chemical and pharmaceutical industry.
Mr Grover has been associated with multinational brands including L&T, Technip, Black & Veatch, Jacobs Engineering etc under various capacities and has been integral to effective execution of high value EPC projects pan globe.
Before joining Vegazva, Mr. Grover spent over 15 years as CEO at Simon India, an Advent Group company focused on Engineering/EPCM projects in Oil & Gas, Fertilizer and mineral industry.
As the Advisory Board Member, Mr Grover’s mentorship and guidance is integral to the Plant Design Services Division’s strategic objectives/ road map, strengthening of its engineering capabilities and robustness of its systems and processes.
Mr Grover holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a master’s in chemical engineering from University of Louisville, USA.
